   It is the policy of LiquidCaffeine.com (part of InCali, LLC) to respect the privacy of its customers and the people doing business through its service. As such, all information presented here WILL NOT be sold or distributed to any business, person, or entity, unless necessary to complete the sales transaction.


Disclaimer:   Statements contained here have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.  ** WARNING - EXTREMELY POTENT **   Please use Caution.  Not recommended for children, pregnant or nursing women, anyone with a known history of heart disease, or those sensitive to caffeine.  Do not exceed 200-400 mg per day.  For Best Results:  Store Caffeine Solution in a Warm Area (do not store the solution in a refrigerator or cold area).


Legal:  YOU AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD US HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, LIABILITY COSTS AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ATTORNEY'S FEES) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCT. 


Our Guarantee:
   If you change your mind - you may return your Liquid Caffeine product within 14 days of purchase.  Note:  Product must still be completely sealed -- No Exceptions!   Accessories are non-returnable / non-refundable.

    Here's what you need to do:
  1. Contact us for an RA # (Return Authorization Number).
  2. We will issue you an RA# with return instructions. 
  3. Refund calculation is as follows:   Purchase Price - Shipping* = Refund
  4. We will process your request as quickly as possible.

* You will be charged the amount it cost us to ship the package(s) to you -- even if the offer was for free shipping.  Seriously, don't complain about this - we only charge the price it cost us - not a penny more.

Shipping Information:    

* OPTIONAL INSURANCE COVERAGE *
  Please note that you have the option of adding insurance when placing your order.  The insurance covers the actual cost of the loss.  If you purchase the insurance coverage and something happens (lost in transit**, rifled, or damaged), these are the steps to be taken:

  • Please contact us immediately.
  • Take pictures and anything else that will help resolve the case quicker (including keeping the original package and contents).
  • We will contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
  • We will not send you a 'free' replacement while the claim is being processed. You are welcomed to re-order.
  • Once the claim is processed and found to be in your favor - we will refund your money.
  • Didn't purchase insurance and your package was lost, rifled, or damaged?  Please do not curse at us, threaten us, or demand we send you a free replacement - we cannot, and will not, be held liable for your decision.  Insurance is available - Please utilize it.
  • ** Note:  if the package is delivered and then stolen - insurance might not cover it - please check the USPS.com website if you have any questions.

SHIPPING: 

  1. Most packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail.
  2. Free shipping (if offered) available for the United States only.
  3. Products are shipped usually within 1 to 3 business days.  However, in some cases (such as special orders) it may take longer.
  4. Shipping (time in transit) usually takes 2 to 3 business days once it is shipped (can take longer in some situations, such as Christmas time).
  5. If your package is returned because an incorrect address was provided, or for any reason, and you would like the package to be re-shipped -- you will be responsible for paying the additional shipping charges.  If you want a refund because of a returned item - the cost of shipping the item will be deducted from the sales amount.
  6. International Orders:  Please contact us for shipping prices.  Please Note: Once your package leaves our facility we can no longer be responsible for it. If your package is lost, rifled, or damaged - we cannot, and will not, be held liable.
  7. By placing your order with us you agree to these Terms.

Anytime you place an order, have a question or comment, or for any other reason that requires you to contact us, you grant InCali LLC permission to occasionally contact you in regards to special promotions.  You will be given the option to 'Opt Out' at any time.
